1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • In the same condition as received

    • Returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories (if applicable)

Items showing signs of wear, customer-caused damage, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Certain items, including clearance or final sale products, may be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. RETURN PROCESS

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team within the 7-day return window.

  • Please include:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or videos (required for damaged or defective items)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


3. EXCHANGES

  • We accept exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers may request exchanges for:

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose a refund instead.

4. REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • In these cases, Feyloria Lounge will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled only before processing or shipment.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
